- February 9, 2003 : Rutgers Colony gains college recognition at the New Brunswick campus of Rutgers University.
- March 23, 2003 : Colony gains chapter status becoming Upsilon Chapter of Omega Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
- Spring 2003 : Upsilon Chapter's 1st Publication, Wheel to Heal Newsletter, is released.
- April 27, 2004 : The Latino Student Council awards Upsilon Chapter with "Community Service of the Year"
- April 27, 2004 : The Latino Student Council names Soror Erica Diaz as the "Latina of the Year".
- April 29, 2004 : Fraternity and Sorority Affairs names recognizes Upsilon with the "Chapter Excellence" Award.
